Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of Virex (the “Service”). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
1) Accounts & eligibility
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
2) Subscriptions, billing, and renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices and plan limits are described on the pricing page and may change for future billing cycles.
3) No refunds
All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. You are responsible for cancelling before renewal if you do not want to be charged.
4) Annual contract remainder
If you are on an annual contract and terminate early, you remain responsible for the remaining contract amount, except where required by law or explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
5) Acceptable Use & prohibited content
You must comply with the AUP. Prohibited uses include (without limitation): CSAM, malware, phishing, botnets, fraud, copyright infringement, terrorism-related content or support, and any illegal activity.
6) Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or the AUP, or to comply with law, protect users, or protect the Service.
7) Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virex and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
8) Cooperation with authorities
We may preserve and disclose information as required by law, to enforce these Terms/AUP, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
9) Changes
We may update these Terms. If Terms change, you may be required to re-accept to continue using the Service.
10) Contact
For support or legal requests, contact the Service operator via the email listed in the product or billing receipt.
