January 2026 update: dashboard cleanup, stronger Stripe presence, and a calmer live feed

This update focused on dashboard structure, not backend reinvention. The goal was simple: reduce clutter, make the primary actions stronger, give Stripe a more central place, and make the workspace feel alive without becoming noisy.

A thinner status rail and stronger action layer

The top of the dashboard now reads more like a clean status rail than a large inserted block. Plan, active projects, live deployments, and Stripe status stay visible without turning into another chunky card.

Right underneath that, the core product surfaces stay obvious: Build Engine, Prompt Studio, and Edit / Repair now sit closer to the center of the page hierarchy.

Stripe is treated like a real product surface

Stripe no longer feels like a side note. The dashboard now gives revenue and payout readiness a proper place in the main layout, with a cleaner connect state and a clearer path into setup.

That makes monetization feel built into the workspace instead of tacked on later.

Projects, milestones, and activity read more clearly

Active projects have been tightened so rows are easier to scan and actions are easier to understand. Milestones are more visible and more rewarding on the dashboard, while still linking into the full milestones page for progression detail.

The live feed is also cleaner now: one clearer activity system, a smoother rolling rhythm, and less duplicated naming.
