1% of every purchase goes to carbon removal
Virex uses Stripe Climate. 1% of every invoice — including the one you'd pay to start a subscription — is redirected by Stripe to vetted carbon-removal projects. No add-on checkbox, no opt-in, no marketing toggle. It just happens.
Why Stripe Climate
Because it's verifiable. Stripe audits the projects it funds and publishes the allocation. This keeps the contribution small-but-real instead of a vague 'we plant trees' claim that nobody can check.
Why only 1%
Because honesty beats ambition. A small company promising 20% to climate would either lie or go broke. 1% we can sustain through every year of the business, including bad quarters.
Verify it yourself
Every Stripe invoice issued by CivicAI Solutions Pty Ltd includes a line showing the Stripe Climate contribution. The allocation, the partner projects, and the total committed across all Stripe Climate members are public on stripe.com/climate.

What Virex revenue is quietly helping to fund
Virex is not a donation. You subscribe because the product does useful work for you. Every subscription also helps fund the longer-term CivicAI missions — the reason the company exists in the first place.
MediSphereCare — off-grid healthcare
Bringing basic healthcare access to remote regions where clinics and doctors are hard to reach — focused on areas in Africa, remote Australia, and remote South America where even simple medical consultation is a long trip away.
HydroHyve — off-grid water and food
Making reliable food and water possible in places where both are scarce or expensive. Designed to be affordable and maintainable by the people who use it, not dependent on outside logistics.
The honest framing
These are long-horizon missions that take years and significant funding to build properly. Virex is a product of CivicAI that helps make them reachable — revenue feeds the company's ability to keep building toward that future. You don't have to care about the longer mission to find Virex useful. If you do care, know that every subscription is a small, real contribution toward it.

A lot of small companies write impact pages as marketing theatre. This one is meant to stay honest.
Not a carbon-neutral claim
We do not claim Virex is carbon-neutral. 1% of revenue to carbon removal is a contribution, not a neutrality certificate. Infrastructure (hosting, model inference, shipping hardware later) has a real footprint we don't erase.
Not a charity pitch
You are paying for a software tool. Any impact beyond the tool itself is layered on top and does not change the value you get from the product.
Not 'every penny goes to the mission'
Virex revenue primarily keeps Virex running: the team, the infrastructure, development, support. A portion of surplus funds the longer CivicAI missions. A tiny, automatic portion (1%) goes to climate removal.
Not a promise for the future
The missions described above are directions, not shipped products. MediSphereCare and HydroHyve will take years. Virex is funding the foundation — we will not pretend the pods are ready to deploy tomorrow.
