The company and the product
CivicAI Solutions Pty Ltd is the legal company. Virex is its first product. Every subscription invoice is issued by CivicAI Solutions through Stripe, with payments landing in CivicAI business banking. Virex runs under that company today and may become its own legal entity later, once revenue clearly justifies the split.
The tagline — build once, own forever
Virex started from a specific frustration: every AI app builder on the market is a no-code trap. You cannot take the repo with you, you cannot switch tools, you cannot keep iterating outside the platform.
Virex is the opposite of that. Every build is a real downloadable repo you keep forever. Build once, own forever.
The longer mission
Beyond Virex, CivicAI is building two longer-term systems. MediSphereCare focuses on bringing basic healthcare access to remote regions — areas in Africa, remote Australia, and remote South America where clinics and doctors are hard to reach.
HydroHyve focuses on making reliable food and water possible in places where both are scarce or expensive. Virex revenue helps make this longer work reachable over the coming years.
The 1% climate contribution
Every Virex purchase routes 1% to carbon removal through Stripe Climate. It is automatic, verifiable, and sized to be sustainable instead of an ambitious promise a small company cannot keep. The full breakdown lives on the impact page.
